THE WORKING STRUCTURES. 3.1 METAGORA Working structures will include: a) a PROJECT CO-ORDINATION TEAM of 5 persons: a project general co-ordinator, a project officer, a junior professional officer, a budget officer (on 50% part-time basis) and an assistant. b) a PANEL OF EXPERTS formed by :some 14 outstanding statisticians and specialists in fields relevant for the project. c) SEVEN PARTNER IMPLEMENTING ORGANISATIONS (PIOs) that will be granted through the project budget for preparing and carrying out field operations and studies and/or coordinating regional actions and/or providing technical assistance and intellectual services: American Association for the Advancement of Science, ARAS, Washington; Développement et insertion internationale, CESD-Paris/DIAL, Paris; Fundar, Centro de Análisis e Investigación, Mexico City; Human Sciences Research Council, Pretoria; Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, PCBS, Albireh/Ramallah; Philippines National Commission for Human Rights, Manila; Secretaría de la Comunidad Andina, Lima. d) EXPERTS who will be contracted through the project budget for providing intellectual services and technical assistance on ad hoc basis within the activities foreseen in the project; e) an ADVISORY BOARD gathering together representatives of some 30 national and international organisations involved and/or strongly interested in the project; f) a STEERING COMMITTEE OF DONORS gathering together representatives of the EC, France, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as DECD-DCD and the Paris21 Secretariat.   • Buildings and Structures 1. Repair or retrofit of buildings less than 45 years old. 2. Removal of water by physical or mechanical means. 3. Installation of exterior security features and early warning devices on existing light poles or other permanent utilities.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

  • Improvements The buildings, structures, fixtures, additions, enlargements, extensions, modifications, repairs, replacements and improvements now or hereafter erected or located on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”);

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty

  • Structural 3.4.1. Layout structural systems with dimensions and floor elevations. Identify structural systems (including pre-cast, structural steel with composite deck, structural steel bar joists); with preliminary sizing identified. 3.4.2. Identify foundation systems (including fill requirements, piles, caissons, spread footings); with preliminary sizing identified.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.
