Panel of Experts definition

Panel of Experts means a group of people with expertise in GMP who are appointed by the JSC. The Panel of Experts comprises of the representatives from the NDRA of Member States whose Inspection Service has been listed in accordance with the criteria in Article 10;
Panel of Experts the panel of experts constituted and appointed for the purpose of resolution of a Dispute by way of Fast-Track Dispute Resolution under the provisions of Section 24.2.1;
Panel of Experts means a group of three Experts resolving the dispute under the ADR Rules, if it has been decided, in accordance with the Regulations that the resolution of the dispute be entrusted to a Panel of Experts.

More Definitions of Panel of Experts

Panel of Experts means the panel of persons approved and maintained from time to time by the Committee to act as experts;

Panel of Experts or "PoE", means a group of people with expertise in BE inspection who is appointed by the Joint Sectoral Committee. The PoE shall comprise the representatives from Member States' NDRA; and
Panel of Experts means a group of independent specialist hired by the Bank to assess and validate the technical design of the two drainage/collection tunnels referred to in Part B.1 (a) of the Project;
