Common use of The Xxxxxx must pay Clause in Contracts

The Xxxxxx must pay. a. the Storage Fee which is payable in advance. It is the Xxxxxx’x responsibility to see that payment is made directly to the FO, on time and in full, throughout the Storage Period. The FO does not invoice for monthly fees. The FO may increase the Storage Fee any time after expiry of the Storage Period. The FO will give the Xxxxxx 42 days’ written notice of any increase. If the Xxxxxx does not agree to pay the increased fee, the Xxxxxx may terminate this agreement by giving the FO written notice any time before the end of the FO’s 42 day notice period;
