Theft Coverage. Within 30 days of a FM Tool being stolen, Customer shall provide a police report to Hilti, stating the Tool type and serial number. • Upon receipt of the police report by Hilti, Customer only has to pay a deductible of 20% of the Outstanding Future Payments defined in clause 10.1. (“Theft Coverage”). The Tool Contract for the stolen FM Tool is automatically terminated upon Hilti’s receipt of a duly completed police report and no further Monthly Fleet Fees are due to be paid by Customer. • Hilti may exclude some FM Tools from Theft Coverage, a detailed list of which is available on xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx. This list of excluded items may be adjusted by Hilti from time to time. For newly added FM Tools, the list of excluded items published at the time the respective Tool Contract is concluded, is applicable. • The Theft Coverage does not cover (i) cases of negligence or willful misconduct and/or (ii) loss of FM Tools, in both cases Customer shall have to pay the Total Outstanding Future Payments as defined in clause 10.1.

Theft Coverage. A. What is Covered? If your device is stolen, during the term of the Agreement and subject to these terms and conditions, then we will provide a replacement device of equivalent specification to the original device you were provided (as determined by our agent at their sole and reasonable discretion). This Agreement provides for theft coverage. However, we will have no obligation to replace the device unless and until you contact us within 48 hours of the theft.

Where damage is caused by improper use, repair, or use other than the normal purpose, the Customer shall be liable for the loss, damage or repair costs. FM Tools and PTP Tools shall only be used with the corresponding tool inserts, parts, accessories and consumables of Hilti or with other products of equivalent quality. The Customer will not offer the FM Tools and PTP Tools for rental, in whole or in part or otherwise make them available to third parties for use, without the express prior written consent of Hilti.
Theft Coverage. 3.3.1 A theft coverage deductable is included in the monthly usage fee. The customer agrees to report any incidents of theft to the South African Police Services and forward a copy of the police report to Hilti. The police report must stipulate the tool type and serial number of the stolen tool. The onus is on the customer to supply the Police Services with such information.

Such Plan will have the same Rx drug benefits the County provides its active employees. In the event Rx drug benefits for active employees are eliminated in their entirety, which shall include a change to a one-hundred (100%) percent employee contributory health savings plan, the Rx drug benefits last in effect for retirees preceding the elimination of the Rx drug benefits for active employees shall remain in effect (absent a contrary order from a Court of competent jurisdiction) until the Employer again provides Rx drug benefits to active employees.

  • Insurance Requirement; Coverages Borrower must keep the improvements now existing or subsequently erected on the Property insured against loss by fire, hazards included within the term “extended coverage,” and any other hazards including, but not limited to, earthquakes, winds, and floods, for which Lender requires insurance. Borrower must maintain the types of insurance Lender requires in the amounts (including deductible levels) and for the periods that Lender requires. What Lender requires pursuant to the preceding sentences can change during the term of the Loan, and may exceed any minimum coverage required by Applicable Law. Borrower may choose the insurance carrier providing the insurance, subject to Xxxxxx’s right to disapprove Borrower’s choice, which right will not be exercised unreasonably.
