Thereafter, the Superintendent. Designee shall issue a written decision within five (5) days after the “▇▇▇▇▇▇” meeting stating the facts relied upon to support his/her decision. The Superintendent/Designee may in his/her discretion recommend to the Governing Board that the discipline proceed as presented, be rejected entirely, or modified before being imposed.
