Third-Party Analytics. Supplier agrees not to use any third-party analytics services, software, or tools of any kind (including but not limited to any user analytics or website analytics tool that shares Institutional Information with a third party, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement without first obtaining the express written consent of the UC Location Chancellor or their delegee.
