Common use of Third Party Application Integration Clause in Contracts

Third Party Application Integration. The Application is designed to allow for certain third party application integration with other software platforms, such as Quickbooks, for any purpose, including but not limited to importing and extracting data. However, Xxxxx in no way warrants or agrees to service the use of third party application integration. Client acknowledges and agrees that any integration of the Application with a different application is at Client’s risk, and Junna in no way warrants the Application as integrated with any third party application. Further, Client warrants that it will not allow for any third party application to interfere with the proper function of the Junna Application.
