Third party security may be released. If the provider of third party security makes a payment to the Distributor in order to be released from its obligations under that security, such payment will be deemed to constitute a Cash Deposit provided by the Trader in substitution for the third party security and must be dealt with in accordance with clause 10.26.

Third party security may be released. Where the provider of a guarantee or letter of credit or bond makes a payment to the Distributor in order to be released from its obligations pursuant to a guarantee or letter of credit or bond, such payment will be deemed to constitute a Cash Deposit provided by the Retailer in substitution for the letter of credit or guarantee or bond (as the case may be) and clause 12.1 will apply accordingly.
