Common use of Three-Member Board Clause in Contracts

Three-Member Board. Seven (7) full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) shall be allowed for the setting up of a Board of Arbitration. It shall be composed of one (1) representative of the Union and one (1) representative of the Employer, and these two (2) members shall then select an impartial chairman. In the event of failure of these two (2) representatives agreeing on a chairman, the Minister of Labour shall be asked to appoint one.
