Time and Approval. The Clerk and the Judge shall submit a proposed budget to the Court Administrative Committee annually no later than July 15th of each year for the next succeeding year. The voting members of the committee shall present the budget to their respective governing bodies for approval. It shall be approved annually no later than December 1st. Approval by a majority of all of the governing bodies of Member Municipalities having voting members of the committee shall constitute approval of the budget.

Time and Approval. The Municipal Court Committee and Court Clerk shall, with the assistance of the judge, formulate a budget annually, no later than September 1st of each year for the next succeeding year.   • Consent and Approval Such Party has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with this Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Agreement that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.

  • Inspection and Approval All works embracing more than one process shall be subject to examination and approval at each stage thereof and the Contractor shall given due notice to the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative when each stage is ready. In default of such notice the Engineer-in- Charge shall be entitled to appraise the quality and extent thereof.

  • Consents and Approvals No consent or approval of, giving of notice to, registration with, or taking of any other action in respect of any state, federal or other governmental authority or agency is required with respect to the execution, delivery and performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement, except for the filing of notices pursuant to Regulation D under the Act and any filing required by applicable state securities law, which filings will be effective by the time required thereby.
