Common use of Time and Means of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Means of Payment. Payment will be made by transfer of immediately available funds from the Buyer to the Seller within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. If the Buyer remits payment to the Seller by wire transfer of funds within ten (10) days from the date of Buyer’s receipt of the invoice, the Buyer shall be entitled to a discount on the invoiced amount of one and one-half percent (1.5%).
