Time and Place of Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Members‌ shall be held at a location designated by the president or the board of directors. If a special meeting is demanded by the Members, the meeting must be held in a facility of appropriate size to accommodate the Membership and at a location within the Corporate Region.

  • Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.
