Common use of Time Devoted to Company Clause in Contracts

Time Devoted to Company. Consultant agrees to devote a reasonable amount of time necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement. Consultant certifies that Consultant has no outstanding agreement or obligation that is in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement, or that would preclude Consultant from complying with the provisions hereof. Consultant is allowed to assume duties with other companies so long as confidentiality of the Company is protected.
