Time Eligible for Reimbursement. The Cooperator may seek reimbursement for personnel and equipment furnished under this Agreement starting at the time the resource leaves its Home Unit/Duty Station, and ending when that resource returns to its Home Unit/Duty Station, unless an allowance for refurbishment and/or rest and recuperation (R & R) applies.
