Cooperators will only be reimbursed for one hour of rehab time for engines, water tenders, and ambulances, and two hours of rehab time for crews. Equipment rates will not be paid for rehab time. Vehicle types not listed above are not eligible for rehab time.

Refurbishment/Rehabilitation. Refurbishment/ rehabilitation (“rehab”) will be allowed but will be restricted to the time it takes to bring the resource back to fire readiness. The State Forester anticipates that most rehab will occur prior to the resource leaving the incident. However, Cooperators may be reimbursed for personnel time only for rehab after return to the home station. Cooperators will not be reimbursed for rehab time that exceeds 1 hour for engines, ½ hour for water tenders, and 2 hours for crews. Equipment daily rates will not be paid for rehab time. Vehicle types not listed above are not eligible for rehab time. Reimbursement for rehab time that exceeds these time frames must be approved by the Arizona State Forester’s representative in advance and in writing, and such approval must be presented with the invoice.

No employee will be terminated whilst on workers compensation during the first 12 months without prior consultation with the union. The parties agree that the person responsible for the management of rehabilitation cases must be adequately trained to do the job. If such a person is not available within the company, then the services of an agreed building industry rehabilitation coordination service will be used. The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease, will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the industry.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction and renovation projects for a state, local, territorial, or Tribal government’s principal Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as defined by the State Administrative Agency are allowable under the EMPG Program. Written approval must be provided by FEMA prior to the use of any EMPG Program funds for construction or renovation. Requests for EMPG Program funds for construction of an EOC must be accompanied by an EOC Investment Justification (located in the Related Documents tab of the EMPG xxxxxx.xxx posting) to their Regional EMPG Manager for review. Additionally, recipients are required to submit a SF-424C Form and Budget detail citing the project costs. When applying for funds to construct communication towers Sub-Recipients must submit evidence that the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Section 106 review process has been completed and submit all documentation resulting from that review to Grants Program Directorate (GPD) prior to submitting materials for EHP review. Sub-Recipients are also encouraged to have completed as many steps as possible for a successful EHP review in support of their proposal for funding (e.g., coordination with their State Historic Preservation Office to identify potential historic preservation issues and to discuss the potential for project effects, compliance with all state and EHP laws and requirements). Projects for which the Sub-Recipient believes an Environmental Assessment (EA) may be needed, as defined in as defined in DHS Instruction Manual 023-01-001-01, Revision 01, FEMA Directive 108-1 and FEMA Instruction 108-1-1, must also be identified to the FEMA EMPG Regional Program Manager within six months of the award, and completed EHP review materials must be submitted no later than 12 months before the end of the period of performance. EHP review packets should be sent to xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. EMPG Program Sub-Recipients using funds for construction projects must comply with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. §§ 3141 et seq.). Grant Sub-Recipients must ensure that their contractors or subcontractors for construction projects pay workers no less than the prevailing wages for laborers and mechanics employed on projects of a character similar to the contract work in the civil subdivision of the state in which the work is to be performed.   • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Improvement Any alteration to the land or other physical construction located on or off the Property that is associated with this subdivision/PUD and building site developments.

  • School Improvement 1. The Board and the Association agree that employee participation in decision making is effective in providing positive results for education. 2. The provisions contained in this section shall apply to all school improvement plans, programs or processes set forth by school improvement committees established in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx School District as a result of Section 1277 of the Revised School Code. 3. It is understood that participation on school improvement committees is voluntary. Further, employees who participate, or are non-participants, in such activities shall not be negatively evaluated for any conduct relative to such committees. 4. In the event that any provision(s) of a school improvement plan, program or process or application thereof violates, contradicts, or is inconsistent with this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall prevail.

  • Maintenance, Alteration and Repair (a) Resident is responsible for and agrees to take good care of the premises, fixtures and all common areas. Resident may not remove any of Owner’s property and will not perform any repairs, upgrades, painting, wallpapering, electric changes or other alterations of the premises without prior written consent from Owner. Resident will be responsible for damage from waste stoppages caused by foreign or improper objects or improper use in lines serving bathrooms, damage to fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, screens, damage from water faucets left on or from doors left open, and repairs or replacements to alarm devices necessitated by misuse or damage by Resident and/or guests. Extraordinary appliances or furnishings such as satellite dishes, hot tubs, pool tables, water beds or high utility-consuming devices may not be installed or placed on the premises or anywhere at the Property without Owner’s prior written consent, in its sole discretion. SAMPLE (b) In the case of a malfunction of any utilities or damage by fire, water or similar cause, or any water leak, suspected mold or microbial growth, electrical problem, broken glass, broken lock or any other condition that Resident reasonably believes poses a hazard to health and safety, Resident must promptly notify Owner in writing. Owner will act with reasonable time and diligence in making repairs and reconnections; Resident may not withhold or reduce payment of rent or other charges during such time. Maintenance and repair requested by Resident will generally be performed between 8am and 8pm, unless the work is considered an emergency, in which case work may take place at any time. Owner may temporarily disconnect equipment or utilities to avoid property damage and/or to perform repairs requiring such interruption, in Owner’s sole discretion. Owner will not be liable for any inconvenience, discomfort, disruption or interference with Resident use of the premises because of ongoing repairs, alterations or improvements to the Property or any apartment. (c) Following move-in, Resident is responsible for providing and changing all light bulbs and batteries (for smoke detectors and remote controls) in the assigned apartment. A written maintenance report requesting assistance in changing these items may be submitted for maintenance staff assistance, with extra charges payable by Resident as applicable per Owner’s published rates. From time to time, maintenance staff may enter the assigned apartment with or without notice to inspect and change furnace filters and to provide pest control.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Construction of the Tenant Improvements (a) Tenant shall construct and install the Tenant Improvements in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all Laws and in accordance with this Exhibit B. Tenant’s proposed architect/engineer, general contractor, and fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical subcontractors are subject to Landlord’s prior approval. Promptly following the selection and approval of the architect/engineer, Tenant shall forward to said architect/engineer (and copy Landlord on the transmittal) Landlord’s building standards heretofore delivered to Tenant, and Tenant shall cause said architect/engineer to comply with said building standards. Promptly following the selection and approval of the general contractor, Tenant shall forward to said general contractor (and copy Landlord on the transmittal) Landlord’s fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical specifications and Landlord’s rules of conduct, all of which have been delivered to Tenant prior to the date of this Lease, and Tenant shall cause said general contractor to comply with said specifications and rules of conduct. At Landlord’s request, Tenant shall coordinate a meeting among Landlord (who will reasonably make its representative available for such meeting), Tenant and Tenant’s general contractor to discuss the Building systems and other matters related to the construction of the Tenant Improvements. (b) Promptly following the date hereof, Tenant shall prepare and submit to Landlord a set of permittable construction drawings (the “CDs”), based on the preliminary plans attached hereto as Exhibit B-2 and made a part hereof (the “Preliminary Plans”), covering all work to be performed by Tenant in constructing the Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall have no right to make any Tenant Improvements that would materially alter the exterior appearance of the Building or the Building systems without Landlord’s prior approval. Landlord shall have fifteen (15) days after receipt of the CDs in which to review the CDs and in which to give Tenant written notice of its approval of the CDs or its requested changes to the CDs in reasonably sufficient detail so as to allow Tenant to make the requested changes (provided that Landlord shall not be permitted to request a change that is inconsistent with the Preliminary Plans). If Landlord requests any changes to the CDs, Tenant shall make such changes and shall, within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of Landlord’s requested changes (if any), submit the revised portion of the CDs to Landlord. Landlord shall have five (5) business days after receipt of the revised CDs in which to review said revised CDs and in which to give to Tenant written notice of its approval of the revised CDs or its requested changes thereto. This process shall continue until such time, if at all, that Landlord approves the CDs in accordance with this Section 2. Tenant shall at all times in its preparation of the CDs, and of any revisions thereto, act reasonably and in good faith. Landlord shall at all times in its review of the CDs, and any revisions thereto, act reasonably and in good faith.
