Common use of Time Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Time Enrollment. The Company shall distribute enrollment packages and an enrollment form permitting the Company to withhold a portion of an enrolling employee’s pay at least 30 days before the employee would be eligible for health care coverage. The Company shall collect completed enrollment packages and enrollment forms from employees, including the employees that decline enrollment in the SEIU Health and Welfare trust, and forward the completed enrollment packages and enrollment forms within five (5) business days of receipt from the employee.
