Time for Filing Fee Claims. Each Professional Person who holds or asserts a Fee Claim shall be required to file with the Bankruptcy Court, and serve on all parties required to receive notice, a Fee Application within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. The failure to timely file and serve such Fee Application shall result in the Fee Claim being forever barred and discharged.

Time for Filing Fee Claims. Any Professional Person seeking allowance of a Fee Claim shall file with the Bankruptcy Court its final application for allowance of compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the Effective Date and in connection with the preparation and prosecution of such final application no later than forty-five (45) calendar days after the Effective Date or such other date as established by the Bankruptcy Court. Objections to such Fee Claims, if any, must be filed and served pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Confirmation Order no later than sixty-five (65) calendar days after the Effective Date or such other date as established by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Meeting to Consider Amendments ExchangeCo, at the request of Parent, shall call a meeting or meetings of the holders of the Exchangeable Shares for the purpose of considering any proposed amendment or modification requiring approval pursuant to Section 4.4 hereof.
