Fee Claim definition

Fee Claim means a Claim under sections 330(a), 331, 503 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code for compensation of a Professional or other Entity for services rendered or expenses incurred in the Reorganization Cases.
Fee Claim means a Claim for Accrued Professional Compensation.
