Time for Request. Any request by the Seller for the Buyer’s consent under section 8.4(a) must be delivered to the Buyer not less than 30 days before the date of the proposed Assignment. A request under this section must be accompanied by such information as reasonably required by the Buyer to assess the request for consent including the name, address and ownership structure of the assignee, details of any consultation with First Nations that may be impacted by the Seller’s Plant or the Assignment with respect to the proposed Assignment, a list of the directors and officers of the assignee and information concerning the assignee’s operations, experience and financial status.

  • Request for Review Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim.   • HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE To request service for the Covered Product, contact the Administrator toll-free at 833.749.8726, or go online to xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx. All repairs must be authorized by the Administrator prior to service being completed. Claims for unauthorized repairs will be denied. Many oversights, which are not covered under this Agreement, can be due to simple circumstances such as the Covered Product not being switched on, being unplugged, or a fuse blown at the junction box. To avoid a non-covered claim, perform a hard reset as illustrated by the manufacturer in the owner’s manual of Your Covered Product. If You refuse service on a Covered Product after We have dispatched the authorized technician to Your location, You will be billed for that servicer’s applicable trip charge. If You refuse service on a Covered Product, We are no longer responsible for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Your Covered Product and may choose to refund You the prorated cost of this Agreement. If the cost of this Agreement is refunded at full cost or at a prorated cost, this Agreement will be considered fulfilled and no further action to repair or replace Your Covered Product will be considered.

  • Procedures for LNP Request The Parties shall provide for the requesting of End Office LNP capability on a reciprocal basis through a written request. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon has deployed LNP throughout its network in compliance with FCC 96-286 and other applicable FCC Regulations. 15.4.1 If Party B desires to have LNP capability deployed in an End Office of Party A, which is not currently capable, Party B shall issue a LNP request to Party A. Party A will respond to the Party B, within ten (10) days of receipt of the request, with a date for which LNP will be available in the requested End Office. Party A shall proceed to provide for LNP in compliance with the procedures and timelines set forth in FCC 00-000, Xxxxxxxxx 80, and FCC 97-74, Paragraphs 65 through 67. 15.4.2 The Parties acknowledge that each can determine the LNP-capable End Offices of the other through the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). In addition, the Parties shall make information available upon request showing their respective LNP-capable End Offices, as set forth in this Section 15.4.

  • Notice of Hearing At least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled hearing, the claimant and his representative designated in writing by him, if any, shall receive written notice of the date, time, and place of such scheduled hearing. The claimant or his representative, if any, may request that the hearing be rescheduled, for his convenience, on another reasonable date or at another reasonable time or place.

  • Form of Request Whenever Borrower desires an Advance, Borrower will notify Bank by facsimile transmission or telephone no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific time (1:00 p.m. Pacific time for wire transfers), on the Business Day that the Advance is to be made. Each such notification shall be promptly confirmed by a Payment/Advance Form in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto. Bank will credit the amount of Advances made under this Section 2.1(b) to Borrower’s deposit account.

  • Right to request 7.4.4(a) An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of 7.4.2 may request the employer to allow the employee:

  • Borrower Request The Borrower may by written notice to the Administrative Agent request (x) prior to the Revolving Facility Maturity Date, an increase to the existing Revolving Commitments and/or LC Commitment or to establish one or more new Revolving Commitments and/or LC Commitments (each, an “Incremental Revolving Commitment”) and/or (y) at any time the establishment of one or more new Term Loan Commitments (each, an “Incremental Term Loan Commitment”, and together with the Incremental Revolving Commitments, the “Incremental Commitments”) by an amount not less than $50,000,000 individually. Each such notice shall specify (i) the date (each, an “Increase Effective Date”) on which the Borrower proposes that the Incremental Commitments shall be effective, which shall be a date not less than 10 Business Days after the date on which such notice is delivered to the Administrative Agent (or such earlier date agreed by the Administrative Agent) and (ii) the identity of each Eligible Assignee or other lender reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (and, in the case of any Incremental Revolving Commitment that contains an LC Commitment, each Issuing Lender) to whom the Borrower proposes any portion of such Incremental Commitments be allocated (each, a “New Lender”) and the amounts of such allocations; provided that any existing Lender approached to provide all or a portion of the Incremental Commitments may elect or decline, in its sole discretion, to provide such Incremental Commitment.

  • Request Procedure The employee shall furnish evidence to the immediate supervisor that leave taken in accordance with the provisions of this section is in connection with family illness. The employee shall notify the immediate supervisor of any of the circumstances necessitating the leave change.

  • Stop Payment Order Request Any owner may request a stop payment order on any check or draft drawn on the owner’s account. To be binding, the order must be in writing, dated and signed, and must accurately describe the check or draft, including the exact account number, the check or draft number, and the exact amount of the check or draft. This exact information is necessary for the Credit Union’s computer to identify the check or draft. If we receive incorrect or incomplete information, we will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the check or draft. In addition, we must receive sufficient advance notice of the stop payment order to allow us a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If we recredit your account after paying a check or draft over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to assign to us all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check or draft, and to assist us in any legal action.
