Commission Staff and the RBC Registrants have agreed to a settlement of the proceeding initiated in respect of the RBC Registrants by Notice of Hearing dated June 22, 2017 (the “Proceeding”) based on the terms and conditions set out in this settlement agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”).
