Common use of TIME FOR SERVICE Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR SERVICE. Service will be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or during the hours of operation of the participating servicing dealer. Any additional costs above the authorized service providers authorized hourly rate (premium or overtime charges) or after hours service will be at Your expense with exception of health related or severe weather related emergencies.
