Common use of TIME HELP Clause in Contracts

TIME HELP. 19.01 It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Employer that due to the nature of the Employer's business it may be necessary to employ both full time and part time employees. The Employer agrees that part time employees will not be scheduled to work in excess of twenty- eight (28) hours per week except in the circumstances outlined in Article 2.04 of Appendix "A".
