Time-Limited Family Reunification. Time-Limited Family 13 Reunification (TLFR) are services and activities provided to a child who is 14 removed from the child’s home and placed in a xxxxxx family home or a child 15 care institution. These services are also for the parents or primary 16 caregiver for the child, in order to facilitate the reunification of the child 17 safely and appropriately during the court ordered family reunification period. 18 TLFR services include individual, group, and family counseling; inpatient, 19 residential, or outpatient substance abuse treatment services; mental health 20 services; assistance to address domestic violence; temporary child care and 21 therapeutic services for families, including crisis nurseries; and 22 transportation to and from any of the above services. TLFR services should 23 comprise approximately twenty (20) percent of the budget for total services. 24 Services must address a minimum of one (1) of the PSSF outcomes for each 25 contracted service (as specified in Subparagraph 2.2 below).
