Time Loss. In the event that the teacher is not at his/her teaching station or building as stated in Article X, Section B, it shall be the decision of the principal as to whether that teacher shall be paid for time lost. When it is necessary to dock a teacher, it shall be placed on his/her record. 1. The docking rate shall be based on the formula used in compensating a teacher for emergency substituting (Article XVI, Section I, 3 & 4).
