TIME LOST. Time lost by a teacher in proceedings in connection with any incident mentioned in sections B and C of this Article section shall not be charged against the teacherteacher unless the teacher is found negligent, in violation of state and local laws and regulations or guilty of a criminal act against a student in a court of competent jurisdiction as charged, in which case the Board shall not be obligated to compensate the teacher for time lost.
