Common use of Time of Collection Clause in Contracts

Time of Collection. Customers are required to place Municipal Waste Carts out for collection by 7:00 a.m. on the designated day for collection. All Municipal Waste shall be collected from each Customer by 7:00 p.m. on each designated day of collection, except as otherwise agreed between the City and the Contractor.
