Common use of Time of Collection Clause in Contracts

Time of Collection. Customers are required to place Landscape Waste containers at street-side by 6:00 a.m. on the designated day for collection. All Landscape Waste shall be collected from each Customer by 7:00 p.m. on each designated day of collection, except as otherwise agreed between the City and the Contractor, between March 15 and December 15 of each calendar year. The Contractor shall collect Landscape Waste on the same day as the Contractor collects Residential Waste from the Customer.
