Common use of Time of Notice Clause in Contracts

Time of Notice. Any such notice or other communication shall be addressed as provided in Clause 15.3 and if so addressed, shall be deemed to have been duly given or made as follows: 15.2.1 if sent by personal delivery, upon delivery at the address of the relevant party; 15.2.2 if sent by post, two Business Days after the date of posting; 15.2.3 if sent by airmail, five Business Days after the date of posting; 15.2.4 if sent by facsimile, when dispatched with confirmed receipt as evidenced by the transmission report generated at the end of the transmission of such facsimile by the facsimile machine used for such transmission. 15.2.5 if sent by email, the date when the email is duly sent. Any notice received or deemed to be received on a day which is not a Business Day shall be deemed to be received on the next Business Day.
