Common use of TIME OF PROJECT Clause in Contracts

TIME OF PROJECT. 4.1 The ENGINEER will initiate work under this AGREEMENT following formal acceptance of this AGREEMENT by the OWNER. The ENGINEER agrees to provide services for the estimated duration of work, starting within 10 days of signing this AGREEMENT and concluding within one year.
