Common use of Time Off During the Notice Period Clause in Contracts

Time Off During the Notice Period. (i) During the period of notice of termination given by the Employer a Teacher shall be allowed up to one day’s time off without loss of pay during each week of notice, to a maximum of five weeks, for the purposes of seeking other employment.
