Common use of Time Off for Representatives Clause in Contracts

Time Off for Representatives. The City shall allow a reasonable number of employee representatives of the Union reasonable time off during regular work hours without loss of compensation or other benefits for not more than five (5) employees when formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the City on matters within the scope of representation.

Time Off for Representatives. The City shall allow a reasonable number of employee representatives (not less than two (2) employees) of the Union Association reasonable time off during regular work hours without loss of compensation or other benefits for not more than five (5) employees when formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the City on matters within the scope of representation.
