Common use of Time Off to Meet and Confer Clause in Contracts

Time Off to Meet and Confer. The City shall allow a reasonable number of employee representatives of the Association reasonable time off during regular work hours without loss of compensation or other benefits when formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the City on matters within the scope of representation. The maximum number of employees who may be eligible to receive time off under this Section shall not exceed four (4) employees.
