Time Payment. (a) Initial hook, final drop and fueling time will be paid 15 minutes at the terminal at the start and end of a day. In order to facilitate the driver's daily inspection of tractor and trailer, all drivers shall be at the terminal at least 15 minutes prior to the time necessary to arrive at the first scheduled delivery or pickup. (b) The driver will be paid at the mileage rate from the point where the trip begins until he reaches his first delivery within a municipality and then he will be paid at the hourly rate until he leaves his last stop within that municipality including all time spent for loading and unloading.
