During the term of this Memorandum, where standardized performance criteria for a specific job classification exists which is applied to all employees in that job classification, and there is a need for such standardized criteria to be translated into Spanish, the University shall work with the Union towards the goal of having such criteria translated into Spanish. Once translated, any further changes to these standards during the term of the MOU will also be translated into Spanish by the department making the change.
