Common use of Timely Completion Clause in Contracts

Timely Completion. Contractor will, in a good and workmanlike manner, perform and complete the Project as required by this Contract, within the time specified for each separate task associated with the Project, in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.

Timely Completion. The Contractor will, in a good and workmanlike manner, shall diligently perform the Services and complete the Project as required by this Contract, installation of graphics and signage within the time agreed-upon timelines specified for each separate task associated with in the Projectcontract, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in accordance with writing by the provisions of the Contract DocumentsParties.
