Common use of Timely Review Clause in Contracts

Timely Review. The CITY will examine the ENGINEER's studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as the CITY deems appropriate; and render in writing decisions required by the CITY in a timely manner in accordance with the PROJECT schedule prepared in accordance with Attachment D.

Timely Review. The CITY will shall examine the ENGINEER's all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; documents presented by the ENGINEER, obtain the advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as the CITY deems appropriate; appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions required by the CITY pertaining thereto in a timely manner in accordance with so as not to unreasonably delay the PROJECT schedule prepared in accordance with Attachment D.services of the ENGINEER.

Timely Review. The CITY will examine the ENGINEER's 'S studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as the CITY deems appropriate; and render in writing decisions required by the of CITY in a timely manner in accordance with manner. Such examinations and decisions, however, shall not relieve the PROJECT schedule prepared in accordance with Attachment D.ENGINEER of any contractual obligations nor of its duty to render professional services meeting the standards of care to its profession.
