TIMING AND LOCATION. The arbitrator(s) shall meet at a mutually agreeable site within the State of New Hampshire and give each party an opportunity to present its case and evidence and witnesses, if any, in the presence of the other. As soon as possible after the hearing(s) the arbitration panel shall make a written report of its finding and decisions (by majority vote), including a personal statement by each arbitrator of his/her vote and reasons for it. Arbitration should begin, if possible, within thirty (30) days of the appointment of the arbitration panel, and judgment should be rendered within thirty (30) days of that date.

For purposes of this Agreement, a “Business Day” shall be any day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday or (ii) a day on which banking institutions located in New York, New York are permitted or required by law, executive order or governmental decree to remain closed.
