Arrival and Departure On the day of arrival you can check in from 15:00. On the day of departure you are required to leave the tent by 10:00 am (departures on Sundays are from 17:00). On arrival at the Camp, the Lead Xxxxxx must report to the site administrator. The latter will welcome you and carry out the check in tasks. Upon departure, the Lead Xxxxxx is to sign out before leaving, allowing the site administrator to perform checkout tasks. Please review our Camp descriptions where it details whether your chosen Camp allows you to bring a dog or not. If you wish to bring a dog you must include this information in your reservation. If you wish to bring a dog, then only one dog per tent is allowed. The fee for bringing a dog is €25.00 extra for the end of stay cleaning of the tent.
Modifications/Add-ons 6.3.1 Licensee shall comply with SAP’s registration procedure prior to making Modifications or Add-ons. All Modifications and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. All Add-ons developed by SAP (either independently or jointly with Licensee) and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. Licensee agrees to execute those documents reasonably necessary to secure SAP’s rights in the foregoing Modifications and Add-ons. All Add-ons developed by or on behalf of Licensee without SAP’s participation (“Licensee Add-on”), and all rights associated therewith, shall be the exclusive property of Licensee subject to SAP’s rights in and to the Software and SAP Materials; provided, Licensee shall not commercialize, market, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, assign or otherwise alienate any such Licensee Add-ons. SAP retains the right to independently develop its own Modifications or Add-ons to the Software, and Licensee agrees not to take any action that would limit SAP’s sale, assignment, licensing or use of its own Software or Modifications or Add-ons thereto.
Pre-Construction Meeting No more than seven (7) days from the issuance of the NTP, unless the County grants additional time, the County will conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Contractor’s project manager, Subcontractors, and the end-user to determine the actual project schedule, project access requirements and to address and resolve any customer concerns.
Address Changes The parties agree to promptly notify each other of any change of address.

In the event We are unable to locate You, You agree to pay all fees associated with maintaining an invalid address in Our records and any costs and locator fees incurred in Our locating efforts.
Early Departure If Tenant vacates prior to the 30th day of the notice to vacate, Tenant may notify Landlord and surrender all keys. Tenant understands that he/she is still responsible for rent and utilities until the 30th day of the notice to vacate and until the end of the current Agreement term. It shall be the Landlord’s responsibility to put forth reasonable effort to prepare and re-rent the Premises. Landlord agrees to pro-rate rent back to Tenant any rental funds collected from the new Tenant.
Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.
Address Change Client shall notify Sapphire Check if Client changes its name or address.
VARIATION AND WAIVER No variation or waiver of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by (or by some person duly authorised by) each of the parties. No single or partial exercise of, or failure or delay in exercising, any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver or preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right.
