Common use of Timing Requirements Clause in Contracts

Timing Requirements. Each stage of the Service Order process must be performed with the prescribed timing requirements11*.  Figure 1 illustrates the timing requirements for the Service Order process.  Figure 2 defines the timing points and periods.  Figure 3 defines the use of timing periods. Acceptance or rejection of a Service Order request will be performed by Western Power the same Business Day as receipt of the Service Order request*. A Service Order response must be issued by Western Power within 2 Business Days of the performance of the requested Service*.
