PRELIMINARY DESIGN SERVICES. This task consists of all services necessary to take the project from beginning through the Preliminary Design submittal stage and may include the following itemized services.

Any proposed changes to the Owner’s Requirements shall be documented by the Contractor and submitted to the Owner as proposed revisions to such September 26, 2008 Technical Memorandum cited above. Any proposed changes approved in writing by the Owner shall be incorporated into the Technical Memorandum by the Contractor and the revised Technical Memorandum shall be the “Owner’s Requirements.”
