Common use of Title and Job Duties Clause in Contracts

Title and Job Duties. (a) The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the position of Chief Operating Officer. In such capacity, Executive agrees to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. In this capacity, Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are commensurate with his title and designated from time to time by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. In performing his duties under this Agreement, Executive shall report to the Board and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
