Common use of Title and Job Duties Clause in Contracts

Title and Job Duties. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ Xxxxx Xxxxx (“Employee”) as CFO reporting to CEO. In this capacity, Employee shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities as CFO shall designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with the Employee’s position.
