Title and Registration. Title to the Heavy Equipment shall at all times remain with the Contractor and nothing contained in this Contract shall be deemed to have the effect of conferring upon the Authorized User any right or title whatsoever in or to the Heavy Equipment. Purchase of Heavy Equipment is not permitted under this Contract. If applicable, the Heavy Equipment shall be registered to the Contractor with license plate affixed and suitable for operation on the highway.
