Subordinated Use of Aircraft. Time Share Lessee’s rights to schedule use of the Aircraft during the Term of this Agreement shall at all times be subordinate to the Aircraft use requirements of Time Share Lessor and Time Share Lessor shall at all times be entitled to preempt any scheduled, unscheduled, and anticipated use of the Aircraft by Time Share Lessee, notwithstanding any prior approval by Schedule Keeper of a request by Time Share Lessee to schedule a flight.

Subordinated Use of Aircraft. Lessee’s rights to schedule the use of the Aircraft shall at all times be subordinate to the Aircraft use requirements of Lessor, and any parent corporation, subsidiary or affiliate of Lessor (“Lessor Related Persons”).

Subordinated Use of Aircraft. Each Lessee’s rights to schedule use of the Aircraft during the Term of this Agreement are at all times subordinate to any maintenance and inspection needs of the Aircraft as determined solely in the discretion of Company and the Aircraft use requirements of Company and any Affiliate. Company and each Affiliate may at all times preempt any scheduled, unscheduled, and anticipated use of the Aircraft by a Lessee, notwithstanding any prior approval by Company of the Lessee’s request to schedule a Flight.

Related to Subordinated Use of Aircraft

  • Use of Aircraft ‌ Employees shall not be required to use an aircraft in the course of their duties other than those of regular commercial airlines, licensed charters, or government aircraft.

  • Lease of Aircraft Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement did not result in any way from any direct or indirect advertising, holding out or soliciting on the part of Lessor or any person purportedly acting on behalf of Lessor. Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
