Common use of Title and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, Executive will continue to be employed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is acknowledged and agreed that Executive shall be permitted to perform his duties and responsibilities as a principal of Atlantic Partners and may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities; provided, in each case that such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
