Common use of Title and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to employ Executive in the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment effective on the date hereof (the “Effective Date”). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full time and attention to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to employ Executive in the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Information Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment effective on the date hereof (the “"Effective Date”"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full time and attention to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, vice president of operations and Executive hereby accepts such continued employment effective on as of the date hereof set forth above (the “"Effective Date”"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.

During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.

During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full time and attention to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerPresident, Sales and Executive hereby accepts such employment effective on the date hereof October 17, 2005 (the “Effective Date”). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full time best efforts and all of his business time, skill and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.
