Common use of Title; Capacity; Duties Clause in Contracts

Title; Capacity; Duties. Executive shall serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation, and in such other position(s) as the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer may determine from time to time. Executive shall be subject to the supervision of, shall report directly to, and shall have such authority as is delegated to her by, the President or Chief Executive Officer or their designee. Executive accepts such employment and agrees to undertake the duties and responsibilities inherent in such position and such other duties and responsibilities as the President or Chief Executive Officer or their designee shall from time to time reasonably assign to her.
