Title Deeds and Documents. The Group has under its control all title deeds and documents necessary to prove its title to the Properties and the same are original documents or properly examined abstracts; where any of the Properties is leasehold the title documents include all necessary consents for the grant and assignment of the lease, memoranda of rent increases where appropriate and all consents required under the lease; where any of the Properties is subject to leases, underleases, agreements or licences the title documents include all necessary consents in connection therewith and evidence of registration of the grant of the same where appropriate.
