Issuance to Lender of a CLTA Form 110.5(e) endorsement (or any substantially equivalent endorsement(s) as reasonably approved by Lender) to its ALTA Lender’s Title Policy for the Deed of Trust in form satisfactory to Lender and insuring the continued first lien priority of the Deed of Trust, except as such exceptions as may be approved by Lender in its sole discretion.
