Title I Paraprofessionals. a. A career ladder for Title I paraprofessionals required to meet the standards of NCLB will be maintained with four steps, based upon the State of Nevada standard for highly qualified status. b. It is recognized that it is the District’s intent to provide funds for tuition and books or test fees whenever federal funds are available for such purposes.
