Title I. Subject to the provisions of Title II hereof, and with the exception noted in this Section 1, the Company and the Council agree that the Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment and the Short Term Disability Plans, the benefits and provisions of which are set forth in the applicable Summary Plan Description document, shall be made available to employees.
